Copies of a deceased person’s statement may be considered admissible under the Qanun-e-Shahadat 1984 Art 47 (Relevancy of certain evidence for proving, in a subsequent proceeding, the truth of facts therein stated), but only if done so in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
